Our Committees

Disperses monies raised by the Ways and Means committee to be used for scholarship funds given out at the end of the year. Collects donated items at monthly meetings to be distributed to local charities throughout the year.

Responsible to evaluate and select the scholarship recipients.

Plans and executes annual fundraiser.

Schedules monthly programs, including the planning of the “Welcome Back” dinner in September.

Plans events for members and other invited guests to enjoy together throughout the year.

Plans refreshments for each meeting, helps with table decorating, clean up, and keeping the closet in order.  Members will be rotated monthly and planned in advance.

Responsible to create and update the club’s on-line presence. Promoting public interest and thereby increasing membership. Updating and monitoring the club’s new website and Facebook page!

Responsible to take photos at each event and collect and display them for membership as a way of preserving, presenting and arranging events to add to the history of our club. Works in conjunction with the publicity/website committee to preserve pictures to the Shutterfly account.

Responsible to notify members of any announcements or information pertaining to members, their families and relations in times of need, congratulations and/or celebrations.
